Maison Primevère is a beautifully restored 16th-century farmhouse, rich in original character and set within enclosed front and rear gardens boasting spectacular views over the rolling Charente countryside.
The property features a private 12m x 5m heated swimming pool, fully alarmed for safety, making it ideal for families.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, a spacious children’s bedroom offers bunk beds, a single bed and a double bed. A travel cot is also available. The farmhouse additionally includes a self-contained gîte, perfect for grandparents or guests seeking a little extra privacy.
For entertainment, there is a dedicated games room equipped with table tennis, pool table, table football, darts, a Wii and a wide selection of board games. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the house is fully equipped to meet all family needs for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Nearby Chalais offers a weekly market, local amenities, tennis, golf, canoeing, zip-wire adventures and historic châteaux to explore. The beautiful walled city of Angoulême is a 30-minute drive, while the renowned Bordeaux wine region is just an hour away. The Atlantic coast and the elegant seaside resort of Royan are also easily accessible for a memorable day trip.
